• To ensure the implementation/operationalization of our reporting tool and to help speed‐up the adoption.
• To ensure adequate support is provided for deal renewals or for any ad-hoc analysis.
• To provide training for colleagues to shape their data driven mindset. Your mission
• Ensure business continuity: 
  •  Maintain our MSY dashboard: correctness and relevance of the reporting's.
  • Management of all BI request with data chapter(bugs, data inconsistencies, development)
  • Power BI migration(requirements and acceptance tests)
  • To ensure adequate support is provided for deal renewals or for any ad-hoc analysis.
  • Review & update manuals.
• Transformation - Process improvement: reduce 20-30% of workload by reviewing the complex operational process:
  • Cost file: Currently, majors costs calculation are managed in excel(actuals but also forecast and plan)
  • Reconciliation: upload vs MSY reporting's
• Analytics projects: Broadcaster reporting.
  • Act as product owner spoc: req's , UAT
  • Data synergy cross reports: Viewing minutes only - Keep one single source in the future(viewing minutes logic different so far)
