As a Chapter Lead Cloud & Infrastructure at Randstad Digital, your role is to effectively manage a team of development professionals and/or IT projects, ensuring the quality of processes and projects. You will play a crucial role in delivering IT systems and processes to support the organization's operational objectives while maintaining efficiency and stability.

- Strategic Alignment: Translate general organizational objectives into specific operational objectives and activities for team members, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and efficient objective achievement.
- IT Architecture: Determine the methodology for developing IT architecture, taking into account established standards and budgets. Inform and involve team members in this process to contribute to a coherent IT architecture and improve organizational efficiency.
- System Integration: Take responsibility for aligning and integrating different systems and applications to ensure coherence between various services offered by the organization.
- Team Management: Plan, organize, monitor, and adjust daily activities within the team to ensure capacity, performance, productivity, and service quality meet expectations.
- Team Building: Build a high-performing team with diverse skill sets to successfully execute complex IT projects.
- Leadership and Development: Coach, develop, and lead developers and software architects. Challenge team members with technical tasks, remove obstacles, and foster collaboration to maximize team efficiency.
- Process Optimization: Continuously optimize team functioning, processes, and procedures to provide timely and high-quality services.
- Problem Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external customers as well as team members regarding questions and problems. Collaborate with the team to identify needs and bottlenecks and provide swift solutions.
- Stay Informed: Keep yourself updated on industry trends, developments in the field of development, and relevant regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge to enhance credibility and offer services based on the latest information.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in managing development teams and IT projects.
- Strong knowledge of IT architecture and integration.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
