Key overall responsibility is to provide our Customer Operations Leadership with a sense of calm, clarity and predictability by actively seeking to understand the plans and ambitions of internal and external stakeholders that significantly impact our operations. Our second mission is to promote transparency and understanding of the Customer Operations throughout the organization by providing clear and accessible information that enables leadership stakeholders to comprehend the bigger pictures. Some tasks related to our mission are:
- Be a day-to-day SPOC person for reporting analytics;
- Take the lead in insights deepdives and cases around key operations topics prioritized in a monthly performance meeting with (senior) leadership;
- Ensure the execution of the deepdives are done in the most efficient way, and interpretable for business stakeholders;
- Define the business data and KPI’s that are needed to produce the most meaningful insights;
- Synthesize complex insights into easy-to-understand actionable recommendations that resonate with stakeholders;
- Support in the budget process during the summer months in close collaboration with business and controlling;
- Create structural Qliksense reports to support decisioning and reach objectives.
