For our client, we are looking for a Service Desk Engineer (1st Line). In this role, we provide first-line technical and application support for internal users throughout Belgium.
What is expected of you?
Combination of 1st & 2nd line support within the service desk
Monitoring and executing Windows updates, providing support for legacy applications, or preparing laptop onboarding and guidance
Deployment of Chromebooks or Google.
Proactively anticipate the necessary knowledge/new trends Working in 2 shifts (8 am - 5 pm or 8:30 am - 5:30 pm)
your profile
You have received training in IT or have a strong interest in it.
You have initial experience in a customer service environment.
You are a true team player but can also work independently.
You have a broad knowledge of the Microsoft environment and a general knowledge of network-level software (Windows 7-8 / server 2012, Cisco,...)
You can efficiently analyze and resolve problems.
You are very communicative in multiple languages! Both NL, FR, and ENG.
You have a constant hunger for new technologies and trends!
