As a Support Engineer, you provide IT support for hardware and software applications to SME clients, both over the phone and via email. Whether the network is down, business software is malfunctioning, someone can't log in, or a mail server migration is on the horizon, no worries – you, as an IT expert, can handle it all!
You use a ticketing tool: you create tickets yourself for incidents or problems and, if possible, you resolve them yourself.
You are responsible for ensuring good follow-up each time. You also remotely manage field technicians.
The great thing about this role is that you have the freedom to dive into what interests you the most. You can take things into your own hands and specialize in areas like networking, systems, security, and more.
