This way, you immediately inform all parties involved. You carry out all these processes within our tooling landscape and will soon become a real tooling wizard. Together with your team members and manager, you watch over the smooth progress of the onboarding and receipt of signed contracts. You are a back-up for your colleagues when necessary and they naturally do the same for you. CommunicationYou are the central point of contact at operational level for customers, (key) suppliers and internal stakeholders. In case of questions or problems, you provide the necessary feedback and/or solutions.Maintaining good relations with internal and external stakeholders is crucial. Therefore, you communicate in a proactive way about ongoing cases. When information is missing, you do not hesitate to contact the parties involved yourself to obtain the necessary documents or data in time.

We’d love to tell you more about it! What would your responsibilities as a business controller for Randstad Digital be? -Next to monitoring the accuracy of the accounting data and processes as a part of the monthly and year-end closings, you will help with the related reporting to our stakeholders. -Together with our other business controller, you will be responsible for substantiating top line and gross margin on a monthly basis.Next to that you will assist in the margin budgeting process and do a monthly follow-up with all the relevant budget owners where you will explain deviations. Once a month you will perform reconciliations on key KPIs. -You are in close contact with all the business managers who need insight into financial numbers.
