Andreea has been working for Randstad Digital for 9 years now. She started as junior project manager at the European Commission, and since then she has had multiple positions at this client.

What does Andreea’s CoachHub trajectory look like?

“I’m always trying to improve myself”, Andreea says. “Whether it’s my soft skills or my hard skills, I love learning!”

“So when my talent manager Cheyenne suggested I try out a CoachHub trajectory, I didn’t have to think twice about it. I’ve been doing it for about a month now, and I love it!”

Andreea: “When you enroll in CoachHub, you have to fill out some questionnaires. In these surveys, you indicate the areas that you would like to work on and what you’re looking for in your trajectory.”

“After you’ve answered these questions, the app proposes 3 possible coaches from all around the world. You get to pick the one with whom you think you’ll have the best connection. My coach lives in Israel! :-)” 

“Once you’ve picked your coach, you get access to their agenda, and you can schedule your own sessions.” Andreea continues.

“For me, personally, I’m trying to improve my communication, people management and leadership skills. I work with lots of different people that all have different personalities, and it’s not always easy to find a leadership strategy that works for everyone.” 

“During the CoachHub sessions, we are addressing specific issues with which I struggle, and my coach tries to guide me to allow me to better manage similar situations in the future. Sometimes she’ll talk from experience and give me tips and tricks, other times she’ll recommend some articles or books for me to read or practical trainings for me to follow.”

Andreea: “You can also choose the frequency of your sessions. CoacHub recommends doing 1 session every 2 weeks, but we can also have a weekly session should we prefer. In between sessions, I have the option to chat with my coach whenever I feel it’s necessary.

“In my opinion, you’re never really done learning or evolving. That’s why I’ve never had a fixed plan for my career or for my life. My coach understands this, and she’s helping me define which direction I want my career to take and what I have to do to get there.”
